What services do you offer if I have a product that needs repair?

Whether you bring your product to us or need in-home service, we will arrange a local service provider to handle any repair issue quickly.
How do I get my product repaired?
If you need service on a 27” or larger TV call our Ultimate Resolution Center and we will arrange to have a service provider come to your home for repairs. For all other products covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, an Ultimate Performance Guarantee, or Ultimate Replacement Plan, you can bring it in to any Ultimate Electronics store and we will send your product to a factory-authorized service provider for repair and return your product to you as soon as possible.
How do I check on the status of my product being repaired?
When you drop off your product you will be given your local service provider information which you can use to contact them about the status of your product. You can also call the Ultimate Resolution Center who will work directly with the service provider, the manufacturer, or the warranty administrator to obtain the status of your product and answer any additional questions you may have.
What if I have additional questions or concerns?
We ensure that any product you need repaired will be taken care of as quickly as possible. Using local service providers eliminates the need for shipping and returns your product to you faster. You can call our Ultimate Resolution Center to speak with a customer service representative and they will answer any additional questions you may have.
How do I get replacement parts?
